Tutorial:

Java 8 64 bit

THIS IS NECESSARY! If you've never played with mods before you probably don't have it. If you do have it there isn't any downside to downloading it again.
1. Click Here Make sure you use this specific link
2. Click the big blue button that says "Latest Realease".Do not change anything else. Defaults are OK
3. Install as you would any other application. On installer, keep clicking "next"

MultiMC

1. Download and Install MultiMC as you would any application on your computer. For Windows users, just extract the zip file and put it somewhere convient to you
2. Open up MultiMC, sign in with your Minecraft account on top right. Windows users open up the extracted folder and double click the "MultiMC" executable
3. On the top left click "Add Instance"
4. Go to "import from zip" and copy and paste this link:
https://www.tsimerekis.com/marinapack/MarinaPack.zip
If you are having trouble try running this version of the pack without optifine
https://www.tsimerekis.com/marinapack/MarinaPackNoOptifine.zip
5. Click OK, wait, and after double click the Marina logo to run the pack
-You're all set. The world and server are already included in the pack :)

Help:

You might notice that the mod pack is laggy on your machine. Turning the render distance down to 6 may help that. You can also change graphics to fast, clouds off, bobbing off, etc. If none of that works, your computer probably isn't suitable to play, sorry :(
If the pack is taking up too much memory you can turn that down.
1. Close the game
3. Right click the "MarinaPack", click "Edit Instance"
4. Click "Settings" on the left of the new window. (NOT THE TOP!)
5. Adjust the memory as appropriate. Make sure that min and max is the same
1024MB - 1GB
2048MB - 2GB
3072MB - 3GB
...
Running the pack on less than the 4GB can work, but you will probably experience more lag or need to turn down render distance.
